IN ORDER FOR AN ITEM TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A VIRTUAL RETURN, YOU MUST MEET ONE OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED CRITERIA:
  • AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

 

  • THE ITEM WAS BROKEN PRIOR TO BEING WORN

 

  • THE ITEM HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT SUCH AS A LOOSE STONE, NON-FUNCTIONING ZIPPER, ABNORMAL DISCOLORATION OR ANYTHING RELATING TO SAME

 

THE REQUEST FOR A VIRTUAL RETURN MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 (TEN) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A STORE CREDIT REFUND. TO INITIATE A VIRTUAL RETURN, THE CUSTOMER MUST FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
  1. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU ARE WITHIN THE 10 (TEN) BUSINESS DAY TIME FRAME

  1. COMPLETE THE CONTACT US FORM AND BE SURE TO INCLUDE AS MUCH DETAILS AS POSSIBLE
 
  1. REASON FOR CONTACT SHOULD BE BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEM
 
  1. ATTACH 2 (TWO) CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEM
 
  1. PLEASE ALLOW 5 (FIVE) BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REPLY
 
  1. IF APPROVED FOR A VIRTUAL RETURN, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT WITH A STORE CREDIT REFUND COUPON CODE
