When I first got the pin I was impressed with the quality and Finish of the piece. Especially at such a reasonable price. When I noticed one of the small rhinestones was missing from the tail I contacted your site. I got an immediate response and you guys offered to replace the whole pin at no charge. Didn’t even require me to send back the defective one. The replacement arrived promptly and it was perfect. My girlfriend loves it. Thanks for being a truly professional outfit. Beautiful bracelet but the bee charm keep falling off. I had to tighten the clasps: which now is not a complete circle/ring.
