When I first got the pin I was impressed with the quality and Finish of the piece. Especially at such a reasonable price. When I noticed one of the small rhinestones was missing from the tail I contacted your site. I got an immediate response and you guys offered to replace the whole pin at no charge. Beautiful bracelet but the bee charm keep falling off. I had to tighten the clasps: which now is not a complete circle/ring.
